Site Development & What To Expect in 3 Simple Steps

  1. Contract & Site Development
    1. Once your contract is in, our team will begin to work on your site! At this point, anything we need from you that has not yet been provided must be sent over. This includes your logo, primary color choice, additional content types,and any launch info you may already have. The quicker you can provide us with what we need, the quicker this phase will be completed.
    2. Depending on the type of contract and features requested, this time can vary. If you are a part of our Rapidfire family, this process could last as quick as a weeks’ time if we have all the information needed.
  2. Training
    1. Near the end of the development phase, our designated trainer will reach out to you to schedule an appropriate time to train you on how to use your new site. This training should not be taken lightly, as you will be shown how to manage nearly EVERYTHING on your site. We have fine-tuned (and will continue to do so) the user experience, so that you may edit nearly anything at a whim. We also understand that this may be a lot of information to take in, so the training sessions are recorded for the sole purpose of you being able to reference it later. We do also have an extensive tutorial library that we are constantly adding material to.
  3. Launch Process
    1. During this time, our team will be reaching out to you to confirm your eCommerce shipping rules, payment methods, and domain information. The quicker you can provide us with the accurate information, the smoother this process will go!

 

After launch you will have free reigns over your site! Of course, we will still be available to answer any questions you may have, so do not hesitate to reach out to our team. If you ever need a follow-up or a refresher training session (it's more common than you think!), feel free to ask us and we'll get you scheduled ASAP.
